Registration closes on 7th November!

Registration rates include lunches and the final conference dinner and are as follows:
Standard early $360/Standard late $440
Student early $280/Student late $350

Early Bird registration ended on 14^th July 2017.

Please visit the excursion page to book your excursion at the end of the conference (11^th Nov 2017). Please note that places on both excursions are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis.

For those who cannot attend the full conference, it is possible to register for one day only. Single day registration is $150 and includes lunch, tea and coffee. The conference dinner is not included in the single day registration.

Cancellations
If you have to cancel your registration please contact us at aoconference.contact@gmail.com to inform us of this decision. Cancellations received prior to 8th October 2017 will receive a full refund less $50 administration charge. Cancellations received after 8th October 2017 will only receive refunds in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the AOC of the details of the substitute delegate in writing.
